Yarrow has traditionally been used to promote sweating during fevers, calm internal bleeding and soothe menstrual and stomach cramps. It is supportive of the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system and liver.

  • distilled wheat-based spirit (80 proof), Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) flower

  • For internal use only. Shake Well. Include 1-3 drops up to 3 times per day into your daily routine, under the tongue or in a drink of your choice. This tincture is highly concentrated at an herb:menstruum ratio of 1.25:1. Because of this, the amount of drops recommended to start with is low.
