St. John’s Wort has traditionally been used as an antidepressant, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory and to help ease chronic fatigue. This plant has been known to help ease nerve damage, support sleep and soothe joint pain.

St. John’s Wort has traditionally been used as an antidepressant, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory and to help ease chronic fatigue. This plant has been known to help ease nerve damage, support sleep and soothe joint pain.

  • distilled wheat-based spirit (80 proof), St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) flower and leaf

  • For internal use only. Shake Well. Include 1-3 drops up to 3 times per day into your daily routine, under the tongue or in a drink of your choice. This tincture is highly concentrated at an herb:menstruum ratio of 1:1. Because of this, the amount of drops recommended to start with is low.
