Lemon Balm has traditionally been used to help relieve stress, promote mental focus and as an anti-anxiety. It may also assist in reducing nausea, can be restorative to the nervous system and can help improve brain function.

  • distilled wheat-based spirit (80 proof), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf

  • For internal use only. Shake Well. Include 1-3 drops up to 3 times per day into your daily routine, under the tongue or in a drink of your choice. This tincture is highly concentrated at an herb:menstruum ratio of 1.25:1. Because of this, the amount of drops recommended to start with is low.
