For internal use only. Shake Well. Include 1-3 drops up to 3 times per day into your daily routine, under the tongue or in a drink of your choice. This tincture is highly concentrated at an herb:menstruum ratio of 1.25:1. Because of this, the amount of drops recommended to start with is low.
Working with herbal preparations is not an instant form of support. The build up of beneficial compounds over a period of time gives each plant more of a chance to work in balance with the body, mind and spirit. Always listen to your own body and adjust as necessary.
