Catnip has traditionally been used for supporting sleep and relaxation, to help sedate, calm and as a digestive aid. It has also been used to ease pain caused by toothaches and to stimulate sweating during fevers.

  • distilled wheat-based spirit (80 proof), Catnip (Nepeta cataria) leaf

  • For internal use only. Shake Well. Include 1-3 drops into your nightly routine before bed, under the tongue or in a drink of your choice. This tincture is highly concentrated at an herb:menstruum ratio of 1.25:1. Because of this, the amount of drops recommended to start with is low.
